I find it interesting that Emmanuelle Alt chose Charlotte Casiraghi as cover-girl of the September issue of Paris Vogue.
This choice seems to stress the new path the magazine is taking: a more young, polite and bourgeois direction after the provocative Carine Roitfeld's era.
After all, Ms Alt is there for this.
"Au charme français" was the title also for the June-July 2008 magazine starring French super models Noemie Lenoir and Laetitia Casta, but I think lovely Charlotte is perfect for the role of Parisian charmer.
But looking at all this domesticated beauty reminds me a quote from Karl Kraus: "To be perfect, she needed only a flaw".
